Services
GSF provides agricultural trade intelligence, reports, and GSM-102-related advisory and consulting services. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are as described at checkout, in your order, or in a separate statement of work. We are an advisory firm, not a lender or government agency; financing decisions are made by lenders and program administrators.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in violation of our policies, or using outputs in a way that violates applicable law).
Intellectual property
Content we provide (reports, templates, and site materials) is owned by GSF or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited license to use purchased materials for your internal business purposes unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Data processing and AI-assisted services
To operate the site and deliver AI-assisted trade intelligence, we process information you provide or that is generated in the course of the service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not provide your confidential information to third-party AI model providers for training those models; only anonymized or aggregated information may be used as described there. Your use of the services constitutes direction to process information for those purposes where applicable law requires a lawful basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from these Terms or the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid GSF for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by federal law.
